1A. 15-12-9 Reps for time:
Squat Cleans 155/105# (RX), 115/85# (SX)
Bar Muscle Ups (RX), Pull Ups (SX)

1B. 7:00 for each partner to find 1RM in Clean and Jerk

For time:
600M run buy-in (both partners to perform)
30 Total Reps Box Jumps 30”/24”, 24”/20”
