Tomorrow we are doing Karen as our Benchmark WOD, here are some points of performance on the WOD to consider:
-Keep a natural squat stance and stay on your heels as much as possible.
-Elbows tucked and upper arm parallel to floor for a solid rack position. Try not to let elbows drop.
-Find a good rhythm and maintain it throughout the workout. Always saving one in the tank to keep from blowing out.
-Try to catch the ball as you are on your way back down instead of catching, stopping, and then squatting.
