25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans*

Time extends 4 minutes each time a round is completed.

*Reps decrease. Load increases

For those individuals regeistered to compete in the 2016 CrossFit Open, we will be hosting an Open WOD Sunday March 6th starting at Noon until 2PM. You are welcome to arrive early to warm up. Please check back for heat times and further details. 

Judges will be provided in order to verify scoring.
